Far East Automotive

I went in for a diagnostic check and was initially told it would cost $89. After I left my car, I got a call later saying it would now be $179 because they needed to do a “deeper check.” This was never mentioned upfront. This feels misleading and unprofessional. The price changed only after they had my car, which puts customers in a bad position. Be careful if you’re considering this place—make sure you get everything in writing before handing over your vehicle.

My Honda CRV was getting all sorts of "errors" on the dashboard and my regular oil change place could not fix it since it was a "computer issue" and they said only the dealership can fix it. I brought it to the dealership but was quoted an astronomical amount. Luckily, I asked a neighbor of mine if he knew any good mechanic and he recommended Far East Automotive. I took my car there and met the owner, Zee. He explained in detail what was the issue and said he was able to fix it and quoted me a reasonable price. After leaving the car with them for a day, my car is now fixed and running smoothly. I also had a great conversation with Zee about cars and I could tell he has a passion for what he does. It's not just about the business for him but it is really about solving issues. I also appreciate that not only was my car problems resolved but at a reasonable price. He showed me where the issue was and showed me the fix he did. I highly recommend Far East Auto if you have any car issues.

Far-East Auto provides excellent car care and truly takes pride in his work. I trust his expertise in diagnosing and fixing car issues. His great attention to detail gives me confidence and peace of mind every time I drive. I took my Infiniti QX60 in for control arm repairs and a check engine light issue. The check engine light was fixed perfectly, and the cost was much lower compared to the dealer. Highly recommended!

They do a great job with my car every time. Best-priced shop I’ve ever worked with and timely communication each time. Very transparent and easy to work with.
